My name is Lidia Mora Esquivel. I am
married and have four children: 2 boys
and 2 girls. I live in Rancho Redondo and
work as a domestic employee in a home a
little ways down the mountain. I leave
for work on the 6 a.m. bus every day and
return at 2 p.m. just in time for quilting.
My experience in participating in this
quilting group has been very satisfactory.
I have learned to work as a team
member, and along with my companions,
have developed many techincal abilities.
Additionally being involved with this
group has allowed me to know many
interesting places and to present our
work on a national and international level.
It is very gratifying to know that what
we do in such detail makes people happy
who see our work throughout our country.
